Protection
applications
for permits under the Site Location of Development Act and the Natural
Resources
Protection
Act. You will note that the denial includes a description of your project, and
findings of fact that relate to the criteria the Department used in evaluating
your project. The Department reviews every application thoroughly and strives
to formulate reasonable findings of fact within the context of the Department’s
environmental laws. You will also find attached some materials that describe
the Department’s appeal procedures for your information.
