World-wide, citizens are embroiled in battles to protect their homes, their quality of life, their health and their finances-- all at risk due to the proliferation of grid-scale wind energy facilities. On VOW I will share my perspectives, as well as those of other citizens who've stepped forward to 'have a say' in their attempt to shed light on 'wind'.
